This session can be booked as part of a package (4 week or 12 week packages) or as an additional session following a completed package. This session cannot be booked as a standalone appointment. During this session, we’ll discuss your current diet and lifestyle, your health goals, and any concerns you might have. From there, we’ll develop a personalised plan that fits your unique needs and preferences. Let’s work together to achieve optimal health and wellness. This session is also available to book as part of a programme (4 week or 12 week programme): 4 Week Programme: This package includes two personalised sessions at my Lymington clinic, and email support throughout the four weeks. During your appointments, you'll receive a tailored nutrition and lifestyle plan, as well as any supplement and testing recommendations specific to your needs. With a 2-hour first session and 1-hour follow-up session, you'll have plenty of time to get all your questions answered. 12 Week Programme: The programme includes everything in the 4 week programme plus an additional 2 sessions, in total 12 weeks of support. The follow up sessions, which are 1 hour long and every 4 weeks, will focus on tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
